We are seeking an experienced Sr Director to join the Global GTM Specialization function to lead cross-functionally on delivering strategy and implementation for product migrations. This role will help fuel long term growth of our specialized products and protect revenue as products migrate to new platforms and architecture.

The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally to drive business outcomes and move the business forward, synthesize information and present recommendations that transcend the numbers, as well as the energy to lead projects impacting and transforming the business. The individual is highly curious, organized, driven, and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities and impact this role will drive include:

* Orchestrate the design and implementation of a product migration strategy for Salesforce's most strategically important products. This includes determining the scalable engagement model between the Product and Sales functions on migration readiness, driving consistency and rigor around customer journeys, communications, migration paths, tooling, incentives, and programs, driven by data, insights.
* Define a GTM point of view on product migration roadmap, define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness & opportunity, and present improvement recommendations to Sales and Product leadership.
* Define required analyses across multiple data sets and tools for the Specialization GTM data analysts to build that provide data driven insights for the health of product migrations
* Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organize quarterly business reviews (where required) and provide ad hoc updates.
* Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.
* Interface with the senior strategy and distribution leadership on all product migration strategy related topics both at the Operating Unit & Global levels.
* Deliver on strategic customer facing initiatives, thought leadership, and best practices as migration programs are executed.

Preferred Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in a solutions, or strategy capacity with customer facing experience
* Proven success in dealing with senior business executives at all levels. Demonstrates high EQ, tact, diplomacy, and self awareness.
* Proven ability to have courageous, difficult discussions, influence and negotiate, navigate productively through conflict, and lead cross functionally at peer level and above to drive the business forward.
* Demonstrates grit in the face of challenges and adversity, is able to effectively lead cross-functional teams through a high degree of movement and change. Demonstrates a consistent ability to set a vision, prioritize, cut through noise and organize teams so they effectively execute through ambiguity and achieve high quality, repeatable, consistent results.

Preferred Requirements

* Experience in management consulting, or in corporate sector
* Strong preference for individuals who have worked on corporate M&A and corporate strategic planning in top consumer Internet and/or SaaS companies
* Solid understanding of and work history in the SaaS and/or broader technology space
* Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
* Is comfortable working from limited information, continuously seeks to improve and standardize processes, systems, has and demonstrates a strong bias towards building systems, processes, tools, that scale.
* Experience with Salesforce a plus

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $251,900 to $384,100. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $251,900 to $384,100. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,700 to $351,800. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
