Contracts Administrator As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and supporting revenue-generating contracts and subcontracts, providing comprehensive contract administration from pre-proposal through execution. You will evaluate risks, terms, and conditions while developing key business agreements (BAAs, NDAs, and teaming agreements). Ensures compliance with government contract requirements and company policies. This position is a full-time on-site position at our West Des Moines, IA office. What you will do: Reviews and ensures compliance with government contract requirements (FAR, conflicts of interest); prepares contract summaries, identifies potential discrepancies, and recommends improvements. Develops and manages subcontract/subrecipient agreements following federal and company requirements. Assists in contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. Collaborates with Account Managers, Project Directors and key personnel to provide contractual guidance and clarity. Maintains comprehensive contract documentation and files. Performs other duties as assigned. What you will need: Four year degree in Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience 3-5 years experience in contract management Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail. Ability to work across business units to achieve a common goal.
