Title: Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Lake Jackson, TX

Salary: $76,400 - $90,000 plus additional bonus
Schedule: 9/80 Schedule Available
Relocation Available

Focus: This position engages with the front end of the talent acquisition cycle and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening candidates, as well as working to improve applicant flow and diversity outreach efforts. This role is aligned with the Corporate Talent Acquisition and Compliance team and will primarily support Olin's Texas Operations.

This role is intended to be an entry level role in Olin's Talent Acquisition team, with the possibility for future growth into a full-cycle Talent Specialist with time and experience in role.

Human Resources Talent Acquisition Essential Job Functions:

  • Partners with HRBPs and hiring managers to source for and fill key roles with top talent
  • Oversees the entire recruiting lifecycle with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience
  • Builds qualified and diverse candidate pipelines of relevant areas of talent, with a focus on consistent long term engagement
  • Ensures the applicant tracking system and job files are maintained correctly and in a timely manner
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition team for on-campus recruiting efforts and managing assigned area intern/co-op processes as well as leader communication and engagement

Human Resources Talent Acquisition Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree* in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law, or Business discipline
  • Related human resources generalist or talent acquisition experience preferred; manufacturing/industrial environment experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent client relationship skills. Able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of Olin
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and high priority projects; must multi-task efficiently with a strong attention to detail
  • Must possess a valid US driver's license and e able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
  • Occasional travel may be required, up to 5% of time and usually overnight
