Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management.

Specialty pharmacy experience is not required - you'll receive focused training as part of a 6-week onboarding program designed to build your confidence and prepare you to thrive in this impactful role.

* Growth-Oriented: Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease-state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high-impact areas including:

o Oncology and Hematology

o Hepatitis B and C

o Autoimmune Conditions in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology

o Asthma and Allergy

o Pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding Disorders

o Transplant Medicine

o Cystic Fibrosis (CF)

    o Neurologic Conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Epilepsy, and Migraine

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    1. Education: The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
    2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
    3. Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
