Job Description
The Senior Manager of Analytics & Reporting will be a leader in marketing and manage a small team of global employees. This individual will be a manager and a mentor to the team, evangelizing best practices and advancing the team's work with the latest analytics thinking. They will work with stakeholders from across the business to understand data & analytics needs and design solutions to deliver. They will work cross-functionally to ensure organizational alignment. They will serve as a visionary and strategist, creating a clear goal for the team. They will serve as a delivery manager, organizing the work and creating accountability for results. They will serve as an expert, guiding the use of best practices in data science and visualization to create insights and tools. Finally, they will serve as an evangelist, working to ensure all marketers take advantage of those insights and platforms. Your Impact: The Senior Manager of Analytics & Reporting needs to be a strong communicator and collaborator, a partner to stakeholders, an evangelist of data-driven decision making, a trusted advisor to executives and a leader for the Analytics & Reporting team. They will take in feedback, set a vision, create a plan, execute and deliver. The Senior Manager of Analytics & Reporting will report to the Director of Performance Marketing. The ideal person is in Boston, Chicago, Miami, New York or London. The role is a hybrid position. Qualifications

Pay Range: $130,000-$175,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
