The Department of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is seeking an outstanding applicant to fill an Assistant Professor position in the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes. Under general supervision and in accordance with standardized procedures, the clinician will focus on pituitary disease, pituitary tumors, Cushing's Disease and Cushing's Syndrome. The focus of this position will be to develop and execute Clinical trials and other related research in pituitary disease. Pursuing opportunities for funding of research is a requirement of the position. Clinical setting is at the Pituitary Center at the Keck Medical Center of USC, at the Los Angeles office. The clinician will work with the academic medical center in collaboration with other health care team members, consulting and referring as appropriate, but will retain responsibility for ongoing clinical management of pituitary disease. Successful candidates should possess strong clinical skills, a passion for research and a commitment to serving a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient clinical practice.
