Construction Project Manager

Inova Center for Personalized Health is looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join the Inova Design and Construction team. Full-time Day Shift: Monday-Friday

Construction Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Solicits and reviews information from various expert sources such as Zoning Engineers, Land Use Attorneys, Contractors, Architects, Consultants and county/government agencies, as measured by a comprehensive schedule.
• Develops/updates project schedules in Microsoft Project and submits to supervisor for review/approval in a timely manner.
• Monitors and updates project on monthly basis using project software.
• Monitors progress to schedule and make appropriate corrections as needed, as measured by monthly project reports.
• Ensures that county and state documents are submitted in an accurate and timely manner, as measured by county/state submission dates.
• Ensures that construction is in accordance with NFPA requirements for hospital occupancy and other occupancies, as applicable.
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Construction Project Manager Additional Requirements:

• Work schedule: Full-time Day Shift: Monday-Friday
• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
• Experience: 10 years of experience in the construction industry OR 5 years of Construction/Design experience OR a combination of an advanced degree in a related field and 3 years of pertinent work experience
