THE JOB:

As a Lounge Runner at Mandalay Bay, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences by supporting our cocktail servers and maintaining the cleanliness of our vibrant lounges including Eyecandy, Rhythm & Riffs, and our Sportsbook. You will rotate between these outlets, assisting with setup and breakdown for events, maintaining the cleanliness of service areas, and ensuring that all guest needs are met with a smile.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.4732 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set up and break down lounge areas for events and group reservations (GEOs and BEOs), ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
• Assist cocktail servers by maintaining the cleanliness of service stations and retrieving items as needed.
• Ensure lounge areas are clean and presentable, including picking up trash and wiping down surfaces.
• Take and deliver food orders in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, addressing any needs they may have.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age.
• 6 months of prior experience working in a high-volume lounge, bar, or restaurant setting serving guests.
