Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for our Biopharma & Pharma Solutions (BPS) SBU. In this pivotal role, you will provide oversight, coordination, and planning to execute financial planning processes and ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information for the BPS business. This role will be focused on closing activities, forecast/AOP planning, and driving performance analysis on revenue, manufacturing cost, SG&A, and free cash flow. The FP&A Manager will report to the Director, Finance - BPS and work closely with functional leaders to articulate the performance narrative, drive decision-making, and provide financial insights that support long-term goals. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Sales and Manufacturing analytics, possess expertise in financial modeling, and be able to communicate complex concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
