The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, interactive gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ("Queen"), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally's jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

This position will serve foremost as a liaison between the corporate Digital Marketing department and property personnel responsible for aspects and elements influencing their online presence, ecommerce, social media, interactive advertising, and other initiatives related to web or mobile audiences. The Digital Media Coordinator will facilitate content development for social media posts, website updates, email marketing campaigns, and mobile presence. While the Digital Marketing department provides resources, strategic insights and services for the property's overall online initiatives, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide critical pieces as needed to accomplish objectives in online media, ecommerce and web audience building. This person will help foster a growing social media audience, coordinate creative assets as needed and ensure processes are in place for special promotions, ecommerce inventory, and special needs for soft dates as directed by revenue management or through collaboration with the corporate team.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinates the planning and execution of all property digital projects.
  • Maintains regular social media presence and content postings.
  • Ensures website / mobile content is up to date.
  • Maintains online review responses.
  • Takes direction from both property and corporate Digital Marketing dept to reach desired goals in online sales and audience.
  • Graphic design work on all digital advertising and collateral projects
  • Collaborates with property management and corporate on upcoming initiatives and objectives.
  • Attends all property Marketing Meetings on a regular basis.
  • Attends corporate Digital Marketing dept meetings with property leadership on a regular basis.
  • Coordinates implementations for new technology, processes and policies established by corporate.
  • Research online opportunities as directed by property, collaborates with corporate dept.
  • Initiates new social media and online advertising "paid" placements with corporate dept.
  • Assists in executions related to adjustments or new initiatives based on monthly online marketing report.
  • Assists in the execution of physical promotions and events on the gaming floor as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
