Title: Realtor / Real Estate Specialist

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Pay rate: $24/hr on w2

Location: San Antonio, TX 78204

Shift timings: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 4.30 PM

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have real estate or lending experience as a realtor, loan closer, or loan officer for residential real estate. They will need to be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Education Required:

  • Two (2) years of college or university with coursework in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or any related field.


Experience Required:

  • Four (4) years experience in real estate transactions.
  • Must have the ability to learn and use cloud applications such as the Google GSuite applications, including but not limited to Google Chrome Browser, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Understand document sharing and collaboration in the cloud. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, cloud-accessible applications including but not limited to One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or MAC or PC desktop equivalent, is acceptable.
  • Successful completion of a criminal history background check, education, and work history verification, and drug screening test.\


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Ability to learn cloud technologies such as LucidChart for diagrams, workflow and chart drawing. Experience with Vizio or equivalent is acceptable. Basic understanding of Virtual Private Network (VPN) access to connect to internal business systems.


License and Certificates Required:

  • Texas Class "C" driver's license at the time of placement and insurable by the organization's fleet and liability insurance carrier.
  • Must have the ability to earn certifications as required by assigned tasks.


Technical Skills:


  • To perform this job successfully, the employee should have.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and ask/clarify questions to ensure understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms, lending procedures, and principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people.
  • Ability to perform general mathematical calculations (percentages, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to communicate actionable and valuable information to various dependent parties at different levels of the organization in a clear, effective, and professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite Office.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
