Job Title: Light Industrial - Material Handler Location with zip code: Loudon, TN- 37774 Duration: 12 Months Pay rate/ Salary: $19.50/hr. on w2 without benefits Shift Timings- 7am-3:30pm M-F Job Description: Must be reliable and able to work on-call outside of normal business hours if needed (to assist with chemical spills) Experience in a manufacturing setting required - will be self managed, so they need to be comfortable in manufacturing setting and familiar with general safety protocols. Time consuming work - waste management 5S housekeeping, storage shed organization, pallet recycling, forklift experience and low-level computer skills. Some computer work, (SDS sheets), so must have good technical skills. Training will be provided on computer systems. Hazardous waste exposure (RCRA DOT certification) 8-hour classes will be part of training. Removing barrels, chemicals. Will also require performing some outdoor activities,. Will be using SKU's - printing, Excel reports (will be trained on it). Must have manufacturing experience. Self-managed, so they need to be familiar with manufacturing setting and safety protocols. Extended physical labor, must be comfortable working independently. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years Forklift/Clamp experience. Basic computer skills. High School Diploma.
