Position Summary: The primary function of an Operational Assistant is to serve as the liaison between both internal and external representatives requiring service from our delivery operations. The Operational Assistant is responsible for making sure all the requests from a customer representative or salesperson for deliveries or other information is handled professionally, accurately, and timely. Over time all Operational Assistants have specific accounts assigned to them. The ideal candidate is someone that thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys serving others, someone with a strong work ethic, and competent with Microsoft Excel and Word.
