Field Supervisor Chantilly VA Pay From: $32 per hour MUST: Experienced Field Supervisor Well-organized and detail oriented Adaptable Must be comfortable with technology such as iPad and apps like procore, FastFields, etc. Will be required to learn and pass test to obtain OSHA 30 Has and maintains a positive driving record Bi-lingual Spanish desired DUTIES: Meet crews at shop every morning Make sure teams are preparing the day before each job. Learn means and methods, tools, supplies, labor. Ensure requirements are met for PPE regulations. Complete Activity Hazardous Analysis (AHA) with crews daily at the beginning of each shift. Communicate with customer or GC's superintendent every morning upon arrival and departure of site Attend weekly project meetings. Communicate with owner about various projects, production goals, manpower requirements and update on overall production status. Visit new projects or potential projects to determine level of readiness to mobilize onsite. Track equipment and help coordinate pick up and drop off to each project site Check supplies to make sure they are stocked properly and orderly at the warehouse and job sites. Check machines and equipment for maintenance as needed. Check all vehicles for cleanliness and sanitation with month checks. Document production in FastFields daily or all projects.
