How you will make history here...

The Sr. Total Reward Operations Analyst provides data management, analytic and operational support for Campbell's total rewards programs. The role ensures data integrity for Campbell's health and welfare, benefits, leave management, retirement, and other wellness programs across multiple HR platforms, and external partners. Individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient operations through process optimization, designing/maintaining databases, reporting tools, audits, and interface controls.

What you will do...

Principle Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies or recurring problems. Lead cross functional project teams to implement remediation and process improvements. Establish project plans and managing completion of tasks against key deliverable dates enabling efficient administration of total rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Benefits Accounting, and external benefits providers to ensure seamless execution of plan transactions, integrations, and controls with precision and efficiency. Take on significant responsibilities in supporting and managing the annual total rewards cycles
  • Maintain all Campbell integration control logs, reports, and data reconciliation files in coordination with vendor file updates. Utilize Workday reports, tools, and queries to manage data integration controls.
  • Audit weekly H&W and 401(k) files; review, resolve and escalate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data to/from vendors; Coordinate all discrepancies, retroactive and arrear deductions, and corrections with Payroll. Manage all FSA/HSA balance reconciliations and overpayment processes.
  • Produce, customize, verify, and disseminate essential reports while contributing to the creation and optimization of both standardized and ad-hoc reporting tools to meet evolving team requirements
  • Partner regularly with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT and external partner teams to ensure compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements are maintained across total reward programs. Fulfills all required SOX compliance testing; supports completion of the annual Pension, 401(k), and Retiree Medical plan audits.

What you bring to the table...

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or related discipline.
  • Five years of HR Ops/HRIT experience supporting total rewards within a public company preferably having 1-2 years' experience directly supporting benefits, compensation, and/or payroll.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with progressive technology/systems for data retrieval and analytics. Experience working with HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday a plus.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly strong ACCESS, Excel (VLOOKUP/pivot tables), SQL and other reporting tools
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently but remain a cohesive and cooperative member of the Total Rewards Team. Easily adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints with high diligence and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$79,000-$113,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
