Job Function: Business Unit COO

Reports To: COO of Third Party Wealth Management

Role Summary: This Management & Strategy role serves as a critical advisor and right-hand to the COO of Third Party Wealth Management and the Global Head of Third Party Wealth Management by providing strategic support and operational efficiency across the business. This individual will be relied on to provide unique perspectives, recommendations, and expertise for leadership. This role empowers a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. This role will independently manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and ensure seamless execution of key initiatives. This position demands a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization both within and outside of the business.

Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans, set priorities, and track progress in collaboration with the COO and Global Head of Third Party Wealth Management. This includes analyzing data, working with teams such as Engineering, Marketing, and Finance, and preparing presentations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. This involves coordinating resources, delegating tasks, and managing timelines.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders across the firm including divisional leadership and the Executive Office. This includes drafting communications, preparing presentations, and managing meeting preparation.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, speaking notes, presentation slides, and briefing memos for internal and client meetings. Facilitate meetings and manage follow ups to ensure effective and productive discussions.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential challenges and develop solutions, mitigating risks before they impact organizational objectives. This requires independent judgment, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Business Reporting: Own weekly reporting for the Global Third Party Wealth Management business for senior leadership in the Client Solutions Group and the Executive Office. Consolidate qualitative business updates and analyze weekly financials to provide weekly insights into the business.
  • Special Projects: Undertake and oversee ad hoc projects and events including leadership onsites, Partnership Committee initiatives, and Global townhalls.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an operational or strategic role working with senior executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship management skills



Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
