Education/experience:
* Required: Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or related field

* Required: Minimum 5 years in related management roles
* Required: Leadership role in sales and/or marketing within last three years
* Desired: Experience using Pipedrive, or other similar CRM software to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of sales effort
* Desired: Expertise in the markets the company serves, and processes used
