Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Seasoned Project / Release Manager who can support the projects E2E release Support core payment business technology functions for Zelle, ACH, Wires and Transfers Responsible for delivery and execution of IT Projects and end-to-end project executions Manage multiple projects or a single major project and partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to obtain required evidence Manage timelines and communicate project status Manage various governance checklists prior to project releases Drive release sessions, document the release artifacts, communicate with key stakeholders Complete governance activities for complex Payments suite of projects Ensure compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables/ Epics Requirements: Release Manager; 5+ years of experience JIRA knowledge E2E requirements Traceability Experience in understanding the Project Deliverables needed for the release Experience in reviewing the CRQ/Remedy tickets Experience leading technology projects releases Able to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization Highly organized with critical thinking abilities Experience delivering large projects Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards Strong documentation and communication skills Able to work independently Technical acumen Attention to detail Facilitation and collaboration skills Self-Starter Desired skills: Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space Familiarity with project life cycle Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
