RS Master Craftsperson Systems Integrationin GAC St. Louis Unique Skills: [[Dept. 2304 Systems Integration Demonstrated high level of competency in all aspects of Completions Systems Integration, including disassembly, reassembly, finish, paint, upholstery. Demonstrated high level of competency in cabinet plumbing install, swaging fittings, function and pressure testing. Demonstrated high level of competency in cabinet electrical installation, EWIS, Electrical Wiring Collector, component programing, and testing. Demonstrated high level of competency in GAC CCS, CPS, and GAMPS, processes. Demonstrate the ability to navigate applicable tech data for assigned department, including CATIA, SMARTEAM, MY3D, AIR, Build List, IDD, WCRs, and request ECR's through the KADIE system. Demonstrate the ability to function at a lead capacity in the sites ERP System (Example: Corridor, CMP) Demonstrate high level of competency using the Inspection Call Request, certification documentation, and sign offs. Competency protecting finish, plating, avionics and plumbing connections. Past or current participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safe work practices, EHS, SMS, policies and Q-Pulse. Demonstrate a working knowledge of completions schedule and labor allocations. Must function as a lead mentor for OJT training for all activities in assigned department. Demonstrate knowledge of quality requirements and aircraft certification requirements for the assigned department. Demonstrate proficiency in ordering parts/materials along with requirements of pertinent traceability documents. Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 10 years extensive experience in production/manufacturing/service center. FAA A&P license or be able to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days of start date.
