We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer Intern with foundational experience in Azure to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the DevOps team to support the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure. You will gain exposure to real-world Azure cloud environments and DevOps practices, with opportunities to grow and enhance your skills in cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure management.



Responsibilities

Assist in the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud infrastructure using
Microsoft Azure.
* Collaborate with senior engineers to implement continuous integration (CI) and continuous
deployment (CD) pipelines.

* Support the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Azure resources such as Virtual
Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), APIM and Azure Functions.
* Contribute to the automation of infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as
ARM templates, or Azure Bicep.

* Assist in managing Azure DevOps projects, repositories, and setup pipelines based on the
requirements.
* Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions with a focus on
scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and DevOps pipelines.
* Maintain and update internal documentation related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps
processes.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends in cloud technologies and Azure best practices.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or currently studying in computer science, Information Technology, or a
related field with a basic understanding of cloud computing.
* Some hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Compute, Networking, Storage,
Azure Functions, and AKS).
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
* Experience with version control systems like Git.
* Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
* Understanding of infrastructure automation tools such as ARM templates, or similar tools
is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.


Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
* Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
* Experience with Agile methodologies or tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
* Cloud certification (e.g., AZ-900) is a plus.
