Job Summary

Castalia is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• The contractor will be expected to provide full-scope architecture and design support in the planning and implementation of ServiceNow Service Mapping functionality on US BICES to enable the management and monitoring of network logical and physical diagrams in ServiceNow. The intent is to retire the legacy TDAP solution and centralize its management and functionality within ServiceNow.
• Architect a plan and implement Service Mapping on US BICES ServiceNow.
• A complete project plan (i.e., Work Breakdown Structure, Schedule, and other supporting documentation) to support the planning and implementation of Service Maps for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services (i.e., ADFS, Active Directory, Active Group Policy, ADLDS, DHCP, DNS, Multifactor authentication) and Service Now.
• Successfully demonstrated, tested, and implemented Service Map for ICAM and ServiceNow Service Maps.
• A repeatable process to plan, implement, and maintain future Service Maps for Core and Critical Core Services and their components to enable the retirement of the L-TDAP solution.

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in engineering or program management certification as applicable to program management; cost / schedule / performance background and ability to develop materials and brief senior leaders on complex issues.
• 10+ years of experience performing work related to IT project Management.
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Project Management.
• Able to work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Possess the ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management, and the ability to professionally prepare and present analytical documents for senior military and defense officials.
