Leads overall solution development as the key interface with Sales, Engineering/Operations, Technology, and other internal resources to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in quantitative business or a related field. Minimum Experience Minimum of five (5) years business experience in a supply chain related field to include designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to customers and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and presentation applications. Embraces learning and continual improvement. Preferred Qualifications: This position will work directly with eCommerce Strategic/Global WWS. A successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, consulting and project management skills to facilitate customer meetings, drive projects and deliver results. Preferred experience in Supply Chain, eCommerce, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, and/or Technology. Experience in presenting solutions. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23-$12,533.14/month; Colorado Pay Range: $7,094.23-$12,010.93/month; New York Pay Range: $7,488.36-$12,533.14/month; New York City Pay Range: $9,064.85-$12,533.14/month; Memphis, TN Pay Range: $7,488.36-$9,922.07/month. Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
