Your Role:

As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to plan, organize, and oversee clinical programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the organization and implementation of therapeutic and medical services.
  • Ensuring compliance with facility standards and state regulations.
  • Providing clinical supervision and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
  • Collaborating with leadership teams to develop and enhance facility services.
  • Stepping in as acting Director of Clinical Services when needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a social services field.
  • Strong background in providing clinical services.
  • Experience in mental health (preferred).
  • Eligibility to be recognized as a State Approved Clinical Supervisor.
