As an Electrical Instructor at Interstates, you'll go beyond teaching-mentoring and training apprentices while equipping our team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. The Electrical Instructor is responsible for developing curriculum, organizing, and facilitating instructional training that fosters technical and leadership knowledge for Interstates' employees. Technical instruction may include disciplines in the areas of electrical construction, automation, manufacturing, safety, and other applicable areas. Technical instruction is accomplished through classroom (virtual and in-person) and hands on training that ensures learner engagement and skills development through practice applications.
