Overview NV5 Geospatial (NV5G) is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Technical Business Development, Solution Engineer (TBDSE) role is a customer-facing technical role. It is a dynamic position that enables frequent and direct interface directly with customers. A key component is to discover how NV5G products and services can be used to solve customer problems and help meet their mission objectives. A strong remote sensing background coupled with experience in software scripting enables the TBDSE to understand nuanced customer requirements, develop focused software demonstrations, provide technical solutions through software and consulting services, create and deliver custom training materials, and provide direct over-the-shoulder technical support for our software products. The TBDSE is a key member of our D&I Business Unit and provides content for marketing materials. In addition, due to direct customer interaction, the TBDSE is able articulate to Product Management needed capabilities and provides direct feedback and guidance to Engineering as those new capabilities are being implemented. Our growth path is increasingly reliant on aligning with and participating in mid-to-large government programs where we can position ourselves as a contractor supporting those programs. This position would specifically target those opportunities and pursuits. A well-connected individual in the government space will be a qualifying factor for this hire. Work Environment:

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $150,000- $185,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location. Applicants should apply via the NV5 careers site.
