JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. This position is dedicated to supporting the Salesforce platform with focus on supporting Service and Experience Cloud. End User experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a top priority. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. This role will be focused working with the Doble teams to review current process and facilitate automation and enhancement ensuring its effective and efficient use by managing users, data and applications. This role collaborates with business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Create, update, and manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure users have the appropriate access to the Salesforce platform to perform their roles.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing data cleansing, and import/export processes, as well as implementing data validation rules.
Set up and maintain Salesforce security settings to protect sensitive data. May implement security controls such as sharing rules and field-level security, to restrict access to data.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows and integrations to align with business requirements and optimize platform performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues, provide user support, and implement solutions to improve Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement in Salesforce processes and implement solutions to streamline operations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Remain up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree B.A./B.S. in Business, or Marketing; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent related experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
