Join Our Mission
The Development Specialist plays an important role on the Development Team as it seeks to build relationships and support for the programs and services of Together for Youth. This role will support several development functions with an emphasis on building strong relationships, identifying funding opportunities, planning events, and managing data to be used for decision making. The position will work in collaboration with the Director of Development to design fundraising strategies, diversify revenue streams, and enhance the donor experience to meet fundraising goals and other annual benchmarks.
