Onsite Representative - LC Associate Location Hanover Park, IL Hours 5:00 am to 1:30 pm $20.00 Hourly About the Role - This role is not remote. Position located in Hanover Park, IL
The purpose of this position is to be on site at the customer location to resolve any discrepancies (overages, shortages and incorrect product) related to TD SYNNEX shipments. This position's objective is to eliminate shipping discrepancies and expedite the credit process when necessary.
What You'll Do
Investigates discrepancies reported by the customer, carrier or TD SYNNEX. (30%) Works with freight carriers to ensure transit SLA are met, and reduce and OS&D. (Over, Short and Damage) (20%) Inputs discrepancy data into excel table, communicates to customer service on customer behalf. (15%) Collects, maintains and provides detailed statistics and reports on various performance measurements (i.e. logistics centers quality metrics, convert metrics to lean sigma format and report back to logistics center). (13%) Analyzes and researches data to recognize trends, areas of risk/concern, and uses information to drive process improvements. (12%) Communicates and works with various functional groups to investigate and resolve complex issues (i.e. discrepancies that were not caught in the receiving process and TD SYNNEX cannot confirm via cycle counts at the logistics center). (10%)
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years logistic center experience required. CIS knowledge, Microsoft Office, ISO, and Lean Sigma preferred. Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills (40 wpm).
Builds solid, effective working relationships with all levels and communicates clearly to convey necessary information. Works constructively under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Creates and conducts formal presentations. Executes instructions and requests clarification when needed. Exhibits sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others. Maintains and promotes social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities. Negotiates skillfully, promotes/sells ideas persuasively, and closes transactions with mutually beneficial results. Performs basic mathematical calculations. Quickly learns new systems and technology. Recognizes and attends to important details with accuracy and efficiency. Transports up to 50 lbs. Works independently with minimal supervision. Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion while maintaining confidentiality.

Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures high noise levels high places wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions Position is located in Hanover Park IL 60031 Hours are 5:00 am - 1:30 pm On-call availability required as necessary. Remote field-based position. Some travel required.
