Solution Architects (SA) help customers succeed by advising them on the right digital marketing strategies, product implementation approaches, and consulting services needed to meet their business objectives. As an SA focused on Customer Journey Management (CJM), you will partner across the Adobe ecosystem with sales, consulting, product, and more teams to provide domain expertise primarily for Adobe Journey Optimizer, as well as other solutions in our practice (Campaign, Target, Marketo) and Experience Platform (AJO, AJO B2B, RTCDP, CJA). As an SA you will lead discoveries to identify customer challenges and objectives, define architectures, scope out a roadmaps of consulting services and customer success, and present your proposals to the customers, walking them through their path to success and strong business value. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
