The Machine Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the machine maintenance staff and for compliance and enforcement of safety and other company policies and procedures. This role is a working supervisor, actively engaged as a machine maintenance tech in addition to supervisory responsibilities. The supervisor is responsible for the selection, training, and performance management of assigned staff, ensuring that processes operate smoothly and efficiently to maximize machine uptime and minimize unplanned disruption to the manufacturing schedule.
