Job Summary: Regulatory Services Controllers Group seeks a VP or experienced Associate to help supervise the CFTC/Futures Customer Protection team. The team supports valuing segregated collateral, computing the regulatory segregation requirements and determining that the full segregation requirement of customers is being met. The team ensures compliance with various CFTC and exchange regulations, to which GS&Co. is subject as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). The team reviews the daily customer segregation calculations of clearing listed futures, options and swaps. Supervisory Responsibilities:
