We are seeking a talented team player to join our Voice Services team. As a Voice Engineer, you will help design, build, test, release and manage Voice & network solutions to meet business, service and lifecycle requirements. This key role demands a highly motivated individual with a solid Voice engineering background.

What role will you play?

You are self-starter with a can-do attitude, thorough, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves managing both on-premises and cloud-based solutions, with a focus on Unified Communications (UC) platforms, communication, voice, and collaboration tools. The position requires expertise in deploying and integrating multiple existing UC solutions to enhance communication and collaboration across the organization.

  • Design and build operational reports to provide an overview of service health and perform proactive platform systems management
  • Design and implement solutions to meet service and business requirements for day-to-day operation and projects
  • Resolve operational issues, including working with product vendors
  • Perform ongoing upgrading and maintenance of associated platforms
  • Identify and resolve poorly performing system issues, using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes.
