We are currently hiring a Shipping Clerk.

Wage: $18.00+

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm - 12:30am

Location: Columbia, IL

What you'll do:

• Scan trays as they come from Final Inspection to produce a "shipped" status in the computer system
• Print billing invoices and distribute them by tray number into trays that were just wanded
• Wrap glasses and/or lenses in foam and the billing invoice with a rubber band
• File appropriate paperwork accordingly
• Distribute wrapped jobs into the appropriate customer bins
• Place empty trays on red cart to be taken back out to Receiving
• At the end of the night, box jobs accordingly, place appropriate address label and bar code label on box, tape the box and place box in a pile or bag according to courier service
• Keep records of materials sent
• Forward packages via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, in house couriers, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
