Electrical Department Manager - Building Services
Job Description We are currently seeking an Electrical Department/Discipline Manager to take the helm of our Building Services Electrical Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of electrical projects as outlined in proposals, while effectively managing and mentoring your staff to achieve outstanding results. You will work closely with Project and Client Managers to provide essential engineering resources and assemble a high-performing design team that meets client expectations and budgetary goals. Your expertise will also extend to direct MEP sales and supporting multidisciplinary project efforts. Familiarity with North Carolina and Virginia State Construction Office requirements will be advantageous. You will report directly to Dewberry's Chief Electrical Engineer. Our Building Services Group is structured into specialized Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Technology (MEPST) departments, each led by seasoned experts.
