Job Summary This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for enterprise national accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy.Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field OR 10 years' experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field * Experience must include at least 2 years as a Strategic Account Executive for key accounts, Manager, internal or external Consultant, or high level Sales Executive * Current state agent insurance license or obtain within 90 days of starting in role * Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts * Sales negotiation and conflict management skills * Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape * Analytical and presentation skills including producing and analyzing reports/data, developing presentations, and maintaining databases of sales activities * Ability and willingness to travel as needed Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree #LI-CH2 #LI-HYBRID Are you being referred to one of our roles? The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
