About the role:
As a business analyst, you will provide operational support for Retirement as a Service activity, coordinating print production, project coordination, and inventory/fulfillment.

What you will be doing:
*Maintain and monitor an operational process(es), such as fulfillment, print services, and production.

*Reviews incoming requests, determines appropriate responses within established standards, and sees requests through to resolution.

*Handles escalated questions and coordinates prioritization with the vendor. Communicates timelines, deadlines, and vendor capabilities.

*Working with external client, working with the vender to execute.

*Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.

* Driving improvements in solution design, analysis, and testing activities.

* Detail oriented

* Self-starter/strong independent worker

* Print buying experience/knowledge of print buying.
