Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of integrated, comprehensive regional marketing plans that align with the sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and execute events to elevate the brand and drive engagement. Initiatives may include:


    • Email campaigns
    • Paid media
    • Social media
    • Digital and in-person events (e.g., tradeshows, roadshows, webinars)
    • Content development
    • Public Relations


  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales Leadership and partner organizations (including channel and tech partners) to optimize joint marketing programs and utilize MDF to fuel growth initiatives.
  • Generate leads through physical, digital, and social activities, ensuring predictable pipeline creation and consistent revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships across North America, South America, and Canada, developing deep relationships with sales teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with corporate marketing, demand generation teams, and other sales and marketing functions to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and driving performance to exceed goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and ensure world-class execution across marketing initiatives.
  • Report to the CMO, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent communication.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of leading teams and executing high-impact marketing programs.
  • Strong experience working with partner organizations, including channel and tech partners, to execute joint campaigns that generate measurable results.
  • Proven ability to create and execute marketing programs that generate leads, build pipelines, and drive revenue growth through a variety of channels (physical, digital, and social).
  • Demonstrated success managing events that elevate brand presence and foster customer engagement.
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully navigate a matrixed organization and build relationships at all levels.
  • High competency in vendor and budget management, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivery of exceptional marketing results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly professional, positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Excellent work ethic, high integrity, and a proven ability to get things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $202,500-$230,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
