The Operational Excellence Director will be responsible for developing and deploying the Trident Performance System (TPS) to drive Operational Excellence in the Domestic Value Add and International plants. This position will be responsible for designing and leading the Supply Chain transformation with a goal of improved safety, quality, cost, productivity, service, and employee engagement. This position will be located in Seattle, Washington. Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to the VP of USVA Operations. Key Responsibilities:

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $170k to $185k. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Work Environment (includes travel/on-call): Varied- from loud, wet factory environments, requiring the use of PPE, to offices and conference rooms. Extensive travel, including extended stays (up to 3 months). Travel is approx. 70%. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Work in factories requires the ability to climb stairs, ladders, walk significant distances (200 meters). Mental Activities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use independent judgment, discretion and decision making. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use creativity, training, supervision and mentoring skills as well as problem analysis skills. The employee willuse interpersonal skills and teamwork. The employee will regularly speak, read, write and understand English, and use customer service skills.
