About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our B2B financial product suite, tailored to the needs of the Office of the CFO. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that empower CFOs and their teams to drive financial excellence, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights. Your work will directly impact our customers' ability to manage complex financial processes with speed, accuracy, and confidence. Note: We have a hybrid work environment in our Atlanta office unless the role or business dictates otherwise. What you will be doing: Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and addresses the unique challenges faced by CFOs and finance teams. Customer-Centric Solutions: Conduct market research, engage with customers, and analyze industry trends to deeply understand the pain points and opportunities within financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. Feature Development: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation. Drive the development of user-centric features, such as advanced analytics, automation tools, and integration capabilities with ERPs and financial systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure solutions. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs while managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes effectively. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and KPIs to measure product success, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform future development. What you will need:
