The Sr. Analyst, Market Access Contracting is responsible for managing the Market Access Contract execution and operations process working in collaboration with internal business partners across the Jazz portfolio of products.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Act as Project Manager for Market Access Contracting: prepare and finalize contracts for execution as requested to ensure they can be completed correctly and compliant with Jazz Pharmaceuticals policies. Types of contracts will include Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Specialty Pharmacies, Group Purchasing Organizations, Hospitals, IDN customers, Long Term Care Organizations, 3PLs, Distributors and Wholesalers.
* Act as Procurement Coordinator for Market Access Contracting: prepare and track POs as requested to ensure they can be completed correctly and compliant with Jazz Pharmaceuticals policies. Types of contracts will include Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Specialty Pharmacies, Group Purchasing Organizations, Hospitals, IDN customers, Long Term Care Organizations, 3PLs, Distributors and Wholesalers.

* Help perform risk assessment of new vendors
* Accrual and budget management of the commercial Business Units
* Collaborate confidently with Channel & Trade Relations, Contract Operations, Compliance, Legal, Patient Services, and Procurement to ensure proper documentation is in order as per Procurement Policy and Procedures.
* Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
* Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 3-5 years of experience
* Experience with Market Access contracts preferred
* Procurement experience preferred
* Strong personal integrity, interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities and customer focus.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $92,000.00 - $138,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
