Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hourly Center of Excellence

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Hourly Center of Excellence, to support recruiting for various roles, including but not limited to: Manufacturing Operators, Material Handlers, Warehouse Technicians, Assemblers, CNC Machinist, Maintenance Technicians and Field Technicians. The successful candidate will have a collective expertise in sourcing, conducting technical and behavioral interviews, building strong hiring manager and human resource partner relationships, and owning and managing the recruiting process to affect successful and timely hires. In this role, the selected Talent Acquisition Specialist will gain the opportunity to continually develop their recruiting expertise, work for an elite manufacturing company and support Pentair during a time of exciting growth and beyond.

You will:

  • Build hiring manager relationships to effectively understand requisitions, find talent that aligns with the manager's vision (technically and culturally), guide managers through hiring process and consult on and recommend solutions for overcoming recruiting bottlenecks and market challenges.
  • Source talent and attract candidates to engage in recruiting process and to learn more about open opportunities and Pentair culture with support.
  • Ensure sourced candidates are tracked in ATS for reporting and recruiting process tracking.
  • Manage large volume of phone calls daily.
  • Interview a minimum of 25 candidates a week which involves screening enough candidates to accomplish.
  • Offer a minimum of 5 positions a week to qualified and screened candidates.
  • Build employer brand through educating candidates about Pentair culture and opportunity during phone interviews, job postings and community engagement activities.
  • Follow standard work throughout recruiting process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have a consistent and positive experience with the Hourly Center of Excellence Talent Acquisition team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Up to 2 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in a manufacturing or light industrial recruiting role
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience sourcing and leveraging Indeed or other job boards to engage candidates in the recruiting process
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative
  • Contributes to an optimistic and energizing environment
  • Customer first focus & strong customer consultation skills
  • Self-motivated, strong time management, and organization skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61,200 - $113,600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or long-term incentives.
