Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU EAM/Work Order Functional Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role Summary:

• Lead and collaborate in the design of IS-U Service Orders Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes by integrating the various platform (such as Maximo Work Manager Vx Field etc.) to enable the improvement of business processes
• Gap/Business Needs Analysis Design Configuration Build Test Debug Convert Cutover and Support of business process areas
• Responsible for SAP Service Orders Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management solution design on client projects

• Lead and collaborate in the design of IS-U Service Orders Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes by integrating the various platform (such as Maximo Work Manager Vx Field etc.) to enable the improvement of business processes
• Gap/Business Needs Analysis Design Configuration Build Test Debug Convert Cutover and Support of business process areas
• Responsible for SAP Service Orders Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management solution design on client projects
• Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs on S/4HANA implementations for Utilities
• Ability to write functional specs configure the system and problem solve.
• Gap/Business Needs Analysis Design Configuration Build Test Debug Convert Cutover and Support of business process areas.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including technical developers and business analysts to integrate IS-U Service Orders and EAM with other tracks.
• Business process design for customer field service work and capital work for service connections and meters
• Experience in standard SAP field workforce scheduling dispatch and the completion of field work through the deployment and standard integration (including GIS integration)
• Provide expert guidance on utilities industry standard processes and regulatory compliance within the SAP EAM module.
• Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Mentor less experienced consultants
• Manage project timelines deliverables and customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Fix a complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases.
• Assist with other SAP EAM sales and marketing activities
• Consistent track record of successful SAP IS-U project delivery in a consulting environment.

• 15+ years of experience, with a solid background in SAP EAM and Work Orders
• Deep understanding of SAP EAM Asset Network and Collaboration with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP EAM Asset Strategy and Performance with the ability to optimize asset management processes.
• Experience with SAP EAM Inventory Manager App ensuring accurate inventory tracking and efficient resource utilization.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - 244,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
