We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Media Marketing Online/Digital Marketing and Online domains. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and strategies to drive impactful results.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Adobe Audience Manager for effective audience segmentation.
  • Provide expertise in Adobe Target to optimize user experiences and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
  • Ensure the integration of Adobe Analytics with other marketing tools and platforms.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting using Adobe Analytics to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.
  • Train and mentor team members on Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering and Reporting.
  • Have extensive experience with Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Social Media Marketing and Online/Digital Marketing.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in integrating Adobe Analytics with other marketing tools.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
