The Role We are looking for an outstanding technical Staff Product Manager with deep experience working with DevSecOps products and technologies. This person will work with high-profile customers as they operationalize MongoDB Atlas within their environments. The DevSecOps products this person will own, which directly impact customer success, include Hashicorp Terraform MongoDB Atlas Provider, Hashicorp Vault MongoDB Atlas Secret Engines, and AWS CloudFormation and Cloud Development Kit (CDK) Resources for MongoDB Atlas. These products have been installed millions of times and are a critical interface to MongoDB Atlas to help customers bring applications to life. This position requires a driven self-starter who can work easily across teams, is passionate about helping customers succeed, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. We are seeking candidates located on the East Coast in North America for in-office, remote, or hybrid work options. The Team We are a highly collaborative team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Product Analysts, and Product Marketers, all working together to make the experience of working with data easy and enjoyable for developers. We are a distributed team stretching from our offices in Dublin, Barcelona, NYC, and Austin to other locations worldwide. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package.
