Summary: In this role, you will provide leadership and implement the LISN (Large Integrated Supply/Spend Management Network) strategic plan in coordination with the Member Networks strategy. You will work with teams to drive member engagement and participation and showcase the Vizient differentiated experience including member best practices, insights from data and analytics, PI programs, and relevant solutions. Responsibilities:
Organize and execute a highly effective member executive networks experience including in-person, virtual, and online community platform exchanges for various levels of engagement including executive leaders, tenet meetings educational sessions and performance improvement programming. Partner across the Member Networks Leadership Team to develop and execute a cohesive, best-in-class network strategy, coordinating across the portfolio of networks and broader horizontal and vertical teams. Create an environment that cultivates connections for members and opportunities beyond Member Networks offerings. Identify thought leaders and identify and mature pull-through opportunities for channel lead generation. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key member audiences to strengthen member engagement in networks and other Vizient offerings. Act as a subject matter expert and provide key input, representing the voice of the customer, and linking resources across business units. Identify new programs/solutions and alternative commercial opportunities. Approve content, outputs, experiences, and calendars for networks based on member feedback, synthesizing across networks to assess gaps in offering and member value. Support onboarding of members and participants; implement leading practices to drive rapid engagement and value. Support the growth and development of team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Master's degree strongly desired. 10 or more years' of supply chain experience with extensive content knowledge in all functional areas required. Experience working in a healthcare supply chain leadership role is required. Strong experience in analyzing and interpreting supply chain analytics is required. Demonstrate theability to generate new ideas and concepts and understand the trajectory of where supply chain is going in the near future. Exhibit strong writing skills with the ability to write concisely. Experience publishing content is desired. Possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage others. Ability to effectively maneuver through complex political situations, build rapport, and address difficult situations confidently and fairly. Possess an executive presence and high emotional intelligence. Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.
