Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Professional to support Purchasing and Scheduling for our Repair Services Team. You will report to the Support Services Team Lead and work onsite in Muenster, Indiana.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Transacting and amending repair orders in SAP as required by the business including creation of intercompany CRM orders and repair orders for the NA region

  • Verification of warranty claims

  • Management and processing of repair orders for contractual customers, including quotations, expedites and general inquiries

  • Maintaining accurate ship dates for customer orders

  • Updating of data in business systems when orders are completed or placed on hold

  • Coordination with Purchasing to ensure proactive communication with customers

  • To liaise with supervisors, managers, buyers, warehouse team and other departments both inside and outside of CSM

  • Provide support during other team member absence

  • To comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System

  • To ensure good housekeeping standards are always applied and maintained

  • In addition to the responsibilities listed, you are required to perform other duties assigned by the manager from time to time in relation to your skills and abilities.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • SAP or similar ERP/CRM experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role

  • Experience working with internal/external vendors for purchasing and expediting materials

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Experienced in the Microsoft Office Suite
