Job Description
Position Overview: The Manager provides strong leadership in collaboration with or in the absence of the UHBH Director. Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, the Manager leads a diverse team of master's, bachelor's, and non-clinical staff, all while promoting evidence-based practices. They make sure clinical services are documented accurately and on time, track performance improvements, and manage the financial aspects of the treatment team.
