Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of all technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management, and Functions within the US. The US IT Business Analyst & Project Manager role is accountable to the US CIO and focuses on improving IT governance and processes. This role is focused on managing technology risks and delivering actionable metrics that align with business and regulatory requirements. This hands-on role is responsible for analyzing IT processes, risks, and data to ensure alignment with organizational, regulatory, and business objectives. The role also ensures consistent execution across multiple lines of business, technology programs, reinforcing governance, risk management, and enabling value realization for the US IT Operations. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000- $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
