The Role: We believe people are our most important asset, and managing our core talent and performance processes is critical to Morningstar's ability to empower investor success. As the Global Talent Planning Manager, you will support and advance our Talent Management function globally. Based in Chicago, you will be the key point of contact for all core talent and performance processes, designing and delivering these key processes to impact the entire organization. You will coordinate globally and work alongside a team of functional and regional experts, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Management. This role is based in our Chicago office, and we are operating in a hybrid environment, where we are in-office 3 days/week. Responsibilities:

Base Salary Compensation Range $94,280.00 - $169,720.00Total Cash Compensation Range $117,850.00 - 212,150.00 USD AnnualMorningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week. While some positions are available as fully remote, we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis, typically three days each week.
