Job Description Summary:

  • Analyzes HR systems, provide business/statistical analysis, and support HR processes/projects/programs.

Essential Functions:

  • Plans, analyzes, implements and communicates HR solutions, activities, and/or programs.
  • Ensures maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in recommended solutions.
  • Delivers HR services within a specific department or geographical area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specific Information:

  • Maintain effective relationships with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with vendors or brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefit services, reporting and compliance.
  • Manage applicable benefit vendor or broker contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with terms.
  • Communicate clear and concise updates to internal and external customers at all levels and proactively escalate risks and issues when necessary.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Four (4) years related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills. An advanced degree may offset two years of the experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in program management and large-scale projects.
  • Experience or knowledge of international business and dealing with global customers
  • Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills.

Work / Domicile Location(s):

  • The desired location is Collierville, Tennessee, however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.

Relocation:

  • Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
